Ciper Analytics is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our digital presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing our audience, and enhancing brand awareness. This role requires strong content creation skills, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of social media trends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
? Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and other formats.
? Manage social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
? Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
? Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and generate reports to measure success.
? Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
? Develop and manage paid/organic social media advertising campaigns.
? Plan and execute social media contests, giveaways, and campaigns to drive engagement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
? 5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or related roles
? Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
? Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
? Proficiency in social media management tools.
? Experience with graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
