About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative

Social Media Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end social media activities for multiple brands, creating impactful strategies, and driving meaningful engagement across platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, content planning, analytics, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals Manage and oversee social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others as required Plan, create, and manage monthly content calendars Write engaging captions, CTAs, and platform-specific copy Coordinate with designers, content creators, and video editors for timely delivery of creatives Monitor performance metrics and prepare periodic performance reports Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions Ensure page hygiene including profile optimisation, highlights, bios, and brand consistency Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices Assist in campaign ideation, execution, and optimisation Collaborate with internal teams to support overall marketing objectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience

in social media management Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends Excellent written communication and copywriting skills Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines efficiently Experience in content planning, analytics, and reporting Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms Basic understanding of paid promotions and performance marketing is an added advantage Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred
