Role: Social Media Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager to lead a sports team project from a client servicing and on-ground execution perspective. This role requires strong real-time decision-making, seamless coordination, and the ability to perform under high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Key Requirements:

- Extremely prompt, proactive, and calm under pressure

- Strong communication skills for client handling and internal coordination

- Comfortable managing on-ground shoots, real-time content creation, and quick approvals

- Ability to think on the spot, problem-solve, and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously

- Prior experience in sports, live events, or fast-paced brands is a strong advantage

Role Highlights:

- Act as the single point of contact for the client

- Manage daily content flow, shoot coordination, and timelines

- Take real-time decisions during matches, shoots, and live events
