About the Company

We are a UK-based property and co-living business managing shared accommodation across multiple UK cities. Our business depends heavily on online visibility, property listings, and fast handling of enquiries.

At the moment, our social media presence and marketplace listings are underutilised. This role exists to fix that and build a strong, consistent flow of enquiries and leads and ofcourse enhance our social media presence.

Role Overview



We are hiring one person to handle both social media and property marketplaces. You will manage listings, ads, enquiries, and basic content yourself. There is no traditional manager for this role. You will run this function independently, with limited but direct involvement from the founder for alignment.

No training will be provided. You are expected to understand how social media, marketplaces, and online leads work

What You Will Do



1: You will manage all property listings on UK marketplaces. This includes uploading listings, improving descriptions, fixing titles, updating prices and availability, and making sure listings look attractive and accurate.

2: You will improve property photos and presentation. This means enhancing images, choosing the right order, and making listings clear and appealing. You do not need to be a designer, but you must know how to make listings look better.

3: You will talk to leads every day. When enquiries come in from marketplaces or social media, you will respond, answer questions, qualify the lead, and pass serious enquiries to the local on-site property managers for viewings and closure.

4: You will manage social media pages such as Instagram and Facebook. Content does not need to be fancy, but it must be consistent, clear, and support trust and enquiries. You will create posts, captions, and simple creatives yourself.

5: You will handle ads where required. This includes writing ad text, setting up listings or boosted posts, monitoring performance, and making basic improvements.

6: You will track where leads are coming from, which listings work, which don't, and what messages convert better. Based on this, you will decide what to improve, stop, or scale.

Please note: If you are not comfortable talking to leads or handling enquiries, this role is not for you.



Who Should Apply



1: You should have hands-on experience managing social media pages, marketplaces, ads, or online listings for a real business for minimum of 2 years on full-time capacity not intern.

2: Experience in property, services, education, or any lead-driven business is preferred.

This role is not open to interns or freshers.

Working Style & Expectations



You will work closely with the founder but will not be micromanaged. You are expected to think and act like a manager.

What matters is enquiries, lead quality, and listing performance not just activity or posting frequency.
