We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Social Media Manager

to plan, execute, and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing followers, driving leads/brand awareness, and analyzing performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals Manage day-to-day social media activities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.) Plan and create content calendars (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos) Write compelling captions and ad copy aligned with brand tone Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams for content creation Manage community engagement (comments, DMs, reviews, queries) Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (optional but preferred) Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) Ensure brand consistency across all social channels
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Strong understanding of major social media platforms and algorithms Excellent content writing and communication skills Basic knowledge of graphic/video tools (Canva, Adobe) Experience with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) Analytical mindset with experience using insights and analytics Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations Understanding of SEO and digital marketing basics Experience in real estate / agency / startup environment
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Follower growth & engagement rate Content performance (reach, saves, shares) Lead generation & conversion metrics Campaign performance and ROI Community response time and engagement quality
Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred) 1-4 years of hands-on social media management experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
