Role Overview

We are looking for a

strategic Social Media Manager

who can go beyond content creation and actively contribute to

business growth

through social platforms. This role requires someone who understands how to convert attention into enquiries, leads, and brand authority.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning



Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and revenue goals Identify growth opportunities across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X Plan monthly content calendars focused on lead generation, brand trust, and audience engagement

Content & Campaigns



Oversee creation of high-quality content including reels, carousels, static posts, stories, and campaigns Translate legal concepts into simple, relatable, and high-performing content Work closely with design, content, and legal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency

Lead Generation & Business Growth



Use social media to drive enquiries for legal services and lawyer onboarding Run and optimise social media campaigns for lead generation and conversions Track leads coming from social media and collaborate with sales teams for follow-ups

Analytics & Optimization



Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions Generate monthly performance reports with clear insights and action plans Continuously test new formats, trends, hooks, and CTAs to improve results

Brand Management



Maintain brand voice, tone, and positioning across all platforms Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity Manage DMs, comments, and community engagement professionally
Requirements

2-4 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency Proven experience in

social media strategy and lead generation

Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn growth mechanics Experience working with performance marketing teams or running ads is a plus Ability to think analytically and creatively at the same time Prior experience in legal, fintech, edtech, or service-based industries is preferred
