Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to effectively reach the target audience and achieve marketing objectives.
Create engaging and compelling content across social media platforms, including posts, articles, and visual assets, aligned with the brand voice.
Manage the content calendar, schedule posts, and ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights, updates, and information for relevant content creation.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages and fostering meaningful conversations to build brand loyalty.
Monitor industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities and enhance social media effectiveness.
Analyze social media metrics and performance to optimize strategies and meet KPIs.
Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to align social media initiatives with company-wide campaigns.
Requirements
Degree or MBA in Marketing, Communication Studies, Journalism, Creative Writing, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience in an advertising or digital agency.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
Flexible, engaging, and impactful writing style.
Solid understanding of engagement metrics and performance tracking.
Experience in creating and executing full-scale social media campaigns.
Passion for advertising with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
