Account Manager Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and meeting client expectations. Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Provide regular updates on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.

Project Coordination & Delivery:

Oversee multiple client projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, content) to ensure that all client requirements are met. Monitor project performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Client Strategy & Planning:

Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and create strategic marketing and design plans. Propose new ideas, trends, and strategies to enhance client projects and brand positioning. Lead client meetings, presentations, and project reviews, offering insights and recommendations.

Budget & Resource Management:

Manage client budgets, ensuring projects stay within scope and resources are allocated efficiently. Track expenses, contracts, and deadlines to maintain transparency and accountability.

Social Media Manager Responsibilities:



Social Media Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client goals, including content calendars and campaign plans. Create engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing for brand voice and target audience. Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve.

Community Management:

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build meaningful online communities. Monitor social media performance, adjusting strategies based on insights and analytics.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and report performance regularly to clients. Use insights to continuously refine and improve content and strategy.

Ad Campaign Management:

Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns to drive traffic, awareness, and conversions. Monitor and optimize ads for maximum return on investment (ROI).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
