We are seeking an experienced and creative

Social Media Manager

to lead our social media and influencer strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, audience engagement, and influencer collaboration, with a proven record of driving measurable results that support brand growth and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning:

Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media and influencer strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives. Identify platform trends, audience insights, and growth opportunities.

Content Creation & Management:

Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and platform-optimized content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.). Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels. Manage and maintain the social media content calendar.

Influencer Management:

Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors. Collaborate with influencers to co-create authentic, high-performing content that aligns with brand values and campaign goals. Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets for influencer partnerships. Track performance and ROI of influencer campaigns.

Community Engagement:

Monitor and engage with followers, influencers, and online communities to build meaningful relationships. Manage social listening and respond to brand mentions or inquiries in real time.

Analytics & Reporting:

Measure and report on key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and influencer ROI. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategy and improve performance.

Collaboration:

Work closely with content, design, PR, and performance marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency. Partner with the PR and brand teams to leverage influencer collaborations for campaign amplification.

Paid Campaigns:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns. Analyze ad performance, manage budgets, and improve targeting.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
