About the Role
Hiray Media and Technology is looking for an experienced and creative
Social Media Manager
who can lead our digital presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, content strategy, and audience engagement techniques.
This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to deliver high-quality results consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive
social media strategies
to grow brand visibility and engagement.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across platforms such as
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter/X
.
Work closely with the design and content team to ensure visually appealing and engaging posts.
Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Manage daily interactions including comments, messages, queries, and community engagement.
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare
weekly & monthly reports
.
Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads) when required.
Collaborate with influencers and partners for brand promotions.
Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
Required Skills & Expertise
Minimum
2+ years of experience
as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of
content planning, engagement strategy, and audience behavior
.
Hands-on experience with:
Meta Business Suite
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Instagram Insights
Google Analytics
Scheduling tools
(Buffer, Hootsuite, Zoho Social)
Ability to create social media calendars and campaign plans.
Good knowledge of
SEO for social media
and hashtag strategy.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Basic knowledge of design tools like
Canva / Photoshop
is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple accounts and meet strict deadlines.
Additional Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Experience in video content planning (Reels, Shorts).
Ability to guide designers with creative concepts.
Understanding of brand identity and digital marketing funnels.
Experience working with influencer marketing.
