Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and highly organized
Social Media Manager
to oversee and grow the social media presence of all our companies. This role involves managing multi-brand online communication, creating strategic content calendars, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing insights, improving visibility, and driving brand awareness across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
You will play a key role in shaping the digital voice of the companies and building an engaging online presence for each business category.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Strategy
Develop content plans and monthly calendars for all companies
Create brand-specific strategies while maintaining overall Group brand identity
Coordinate with the graphic design teams for post creation
Plan digital campaigns for promotions, announcements & brand positioning
Platform Management
Manage social presence for:
Travel (Master Tour Organisers Pvt. Ltd.)
Construction (Momsha)
Overseas Education (StudyATW)
Posting & Scheduling
Publish content consistently on all platforms
Maintain a unified posting timeline across brands
Engagement & Community Building
Monitor comments, messages, inquiries and client engagement
Improve brand interaction, followers and reach
Analytics & Research
Track insights, platform performance and engagement reports
Recommend improvements and monthly growth action plans
Campaign Execution
Work with agency or internal team for paid ads when required
Coordinate for reels, stories, and brand videos
Identify trends and apply them creatively
Collaboration
Work with management and business heads to understand goals
Align marketing communication with business objectives
Requirements
0-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Creative mindset and strong communication skills
Ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously
Basic understanding of graphic content and video concepts
Up-to-date with digital trends, algorithms, and new formats
