Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
Plan, create, and manage high-quality content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to improve engagement, reach, CPL, and conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to followers, leads, engagement rate, and campaign ROI.
Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to enhance social media performance.
Manage and coordinate with the marketing team, designers, and external agencies to ensure brand alignment.
Track KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, follower growth, CTR, CPM, CPL, and conversion rate.
Oversee social media calendars, content pipelines, and publishing schedules.
Respond to comments, queries, and audience interactions to maintain community engagement.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management with actionable insights.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role.
Demonstrated success in managing social media platforms, paid ads, and performance-driven campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Instagram growth strategies, LinkedIn outreach, YouTube optimization, and content analytics tools.
Ability to conceptualize and execute creative social media content and campaign ideas.
Strong understanding of KPIs, data analytics, audience insights, and content performance metrics.
Ability to lead, coordinate, and manage designers, editors, and content creators.
Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Comfortable working under strict deadlines and result-based expectations.
