We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can lead, implement, and optimise high-impact social media strategies for our clients across India. This role combines strategy, execution, team leadership, analytics, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and steer effective social media strategies and campaigns for client accounts across India
Plan and execute integrated digital marketing initiatives aligned with brand objectives
Oversee day-to-day social media activities including ideation, content review, copywriting, design coordination, proposals, and reporting
Lead, guide, and train the support team managing content and operations
Analyse performance metrics and prepare platform-wise reports and insights
Conduct social media audits, competitive research, and trend analysis
Use monitoring and analytics tools to optimise performance and engagement
Maintain strong client communication and ensure consistent satisfaction and retention
Stay updated with emerging digital trends, platform updates, and marketing technologies
Skills & Experience Required
Strong grasp of major social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and community forums
Understanding of B2C marketing; B2B and client servicing exposure is an advantage
Experience managing social media for brands, preferably including B2B accounts
Comfortable with analytics, reporting dashboards, optimisation techniques, and campaign execution end-to-end
Ability to write, present, and communicate clearly in English
Tech-savvy mindset with interest in new tools and digital developments
