Key Responsibilities
Social Media Responsibilities
Plan, strategize, and manage daily social media content
Create & schedule posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
Collaborate with the graphic design & production team
Write engaging captions, hooks, and trending content ideas
Track analytics, growth, and engagement
Stay updated with trends, memes, and reel formats
On-Camera Responsibilities
Act confidently in reels and promotional videos
Deliver dialogues naturally in English & Hindi
Participate in product videos, brand campaigns, and creative shoots
Maintain a positive, energetic on-camera personality
Follow shoot directions and be available during day-shift shoots
Requirements
Female candidate (18-30 years preferred)
Strong command over
English & Hindi
Experience in Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Good understanding of trending reels and content strategy
Comfortable speaking and performing on camera
Presentable, confident, and expressive personality
Ability to brainstorm ideas with the creative team
Basic editing knowledge (optional but preferred)
Should be comfortable with
day-shift shoot timings
