Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective
social media marketing strategies
.
Create and manage
social media content
(text, images, videos, infographics, etc.).
Plan and monitor
promotions and paid ad campaigns
across platforms.
Ensure all content is
error-free and aligned
with brand guidelines.
Understand client requirements, objectives, and target audience.
Build and implement strategies through
competitive research, benchmarking, and audience analysis
.
Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging daily content to build meaningful connections and drive community engagement.
Optimize company pages for better visibility and brand reach.
Moderate user-generated content per platform-specific policies.
Create and manage
editorial calendars
and posting schedules.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and ROI.
Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, AdWords, etc.) for integrated campaigns and brand reputation management.
Skills & Requirements
Strong consulting, writing, and presentation skills.
Proven experience managing social media channels and analytics tools.
Hands-on knowledge of
paid promotions
on major social platforms.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
Fluency in English
is essential.
A degree in
Marketing, Communications, Business, New Media, or PR
is an added advantage (not mandatory).
