About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic

Social Media Manager

to lead our digital presence and storytelling across social platforms. As part of our interior design team, you'll play a key role in showcasing our projects, brand aesthetics, and design philosophy to attract new clients and engage design enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a

comprehensive social media strategy

aligned with the firm's brand identity, marketing goals, and target audience. Manage day-to-day posting and content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create visually compelling content

-- including photos, videos, reels, and stories -- that highlight projects, behind-the-scenes work, design trends, and company culture. Collaborate with the design team to translate projects into shareable digital stories. Plan and maintain the

social media content calendar

, ensuring consistent and timely posting. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, inquiries) and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster an active online community. Stay up-to-date with interior design trends, digital marketing innovations, and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field. 1-4 years of experience in social media management (preferably in interior design, architecture, or lifestyle brands). Strong understanding of

visual storytelling

and

design aesthetics

. Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Knowledge of social media analytics and paid promotion strategies. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A creative eye and passion for interior design and architecture.
