About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content, trends, and community engagement. You'll be the voice of ASBS MBA across platforms -- leading our brand storytelling through strategy, creativity, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning o Develop and execute monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X). o Align campaigns with brand objectives -- admissions, events, and student engagement. o Build brand presence across B2C and B2B channels through storytelling and thought leadership.

Content Creation & Management o Ideate and collaborate with the design and video teams to produce high-quality creatives, Reels, and campaigns. o Manage influencer collaborations, reels planning, and campus-driven content. o Write engaging captions, posts, and scripts that match ASBS MBA's tone of voice.

Community & Performance o Track and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) using Meta Suite and analytics dashboards. o Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage brand reputation online. o Monitor competitors, trends, and student conversations to drive relevant content.

Innovation & AI Tools o Use AI-based social tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, OpusClip, Copy.ai) for ideation and optimization. o Experiment with new formats -- carousels, micro-videos, storytelling threads, and UGC. o Integrate content with website, CRM, and campaign landing pages for cohesive storytelling.

What You'll Bring

3-6 years of experience in social media marketing / content strategy / digital brand management. o Strong understanding of platform algorithms, community management, and paid promotions. o Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Canva, and GA4. o Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual communication skills. o Working knowledge of video formats, influencer marketing, and engagement optimization. o Bachelor's or MBA degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
