About the Role:

Pandoza Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and creative

Social Media Manager

with 2-3 years of experience to lead our online presence and brand engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, content strategy, and the ability to grow and manage communities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Create and curate engaging content -- posts, stories, reels, videos, and graphics -- in coordination with the creative team. Collaborate with marketing, design, and video teams to align content with campaigns and goals. Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and prepare monthly reports to measure campaign success. Manage paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize for better ROI. Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally and promptly. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, algorithms, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their analytics tools. Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools for quick content creation. Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns independently. Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

Experience running paid campaigns (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations. Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
