Position Overview:



The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve online presence, and enhance audience engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and others. The role demands creativity, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital trends and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy & Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the organization's goals, campaigns, and communication objectives. Plan monthly social media calendars, content themes, and platform-specific strategies.

Content Creation & Management:

Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging, and original content (text, images, videos, reels, infographics). Oversee community management, respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions promptly and effectively.

Analytics & Optimization:

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics across all platforms (reach, engagement, impressions, conversion). Use insights to refine strategies, improve engagement rates, and drive growth. Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.

Campaigns & Collaborations:

Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns for launches, events, and awareness drives. Travel to various educational institutions in Mumbai and India to plan, shoot and cover events in Gyansthan's partner schools.

Brand Advocacy:

Maintain and enhance the online reputation of the organization. Ensure all content reflects organizational values, tone, and messaging consistency.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the education, social work or performing arts. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Threads, etc.) and their analytics tools. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
