Social Media Marketer
to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving engagement, generating qualified leads, and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including
WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Email Marketing
.
Key Responsibilities:
WhatsApp Marketing:
Manage and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns using approved tools.
Create targeted broadcast messages, engage with potential leads, and maintain response quality.
Facebook Marketing:
Plan, execute, and monitor Facebook ad campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
Optimize ad performance using analytics and A/B testing.
Manage page content, engagement, and community interactions.
LinkedIn Marketing:
Run sponsored campaigns and organic outreach to generate B2B leads.
Build and maintain professional relationships through content and direct engagement.
Develop and share LinkedIn content aligned with brand positioning.
Email Marketing:
Create and manage email campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Sendinblue.
Design email templates, manage subscriber lists, and analyze campaign performance.
Ad Campaign Management:
Develop and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Track, analyze, and report key metrics (CTR, conversion rate, cost per lead, ROI).
Reporting & Analytics:
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand campaign effectiveness.
Prepare monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of
social media algorithms and ad platforms
.
Proven experience in
lead generation and conversion campaigns
.
Hands-on expertise with tools like
Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, HubSpot, and Canva
.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage marketing budgets efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
Certifications in Facebook/Google Ads or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
Compensation:
Annual CTC:
?2,75,000 - ?4,25,000 (based on experience and skillset)
Incentives:
Up to ₹50,000/month based on
lead generation performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹275,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year
