Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals, focusing on both awareness and demand generation.
Content Creation & Management:
Plan, create, and manage engaging, platform-native content tailored for Meta, Google, and other key channels.
Community Engagement:
Build and nurture online communities by engaging with followers, responding to queries, and fostering meaningful interactions.
Online Reputation Management (ORM):
Monitor and manage brand mentions, reviews, and sentiment across platforms to maintain a positive brand image.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to measure effectiveness against defined KPIs and optimize strategy accordingly.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and product, to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
Performance & KPI Ownership:
Treat social media as a critical Top-of-Funnel (TOFU) awareness and demand generation lever, owning and achieving defined performance KPIs.
Platform-Native Strategy & Execution:
Strategize and execute content that is native to key platforms such as Meta and Google, ensuring relevance, engagement, and performance optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in social media management, ORM, or digital marketing.
Excellent communication skills with a passion for community building.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
