Responsibilities

Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and audience engagement opportunities. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals. Manage public relations efforts by crafting press releases and responding to media inquiries as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Excellent public relations skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights. Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling through digital content. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
