Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to handle our digital presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Business Suite. The ideal candidate will drive both brand engagement and lead generation for our exhibitions. You will play a pivotal role in attracting exhibitors and promoting visitor footfall for our events in India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Curate, design, and schedule engaging content for our Instagram and Facebook handles Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic Monitor trends and audience engagement to optimize performance

Lead Generation & Outreach:

Strategize and execute paid and organic campaigns via Instagram, Facebook & Meta tools to attract potential exhibitors Build and manage a pipeline of leads, nurturing them through follow-up messages and interaction

Visitor Promotion:

Plan and implement campaigns to attract visitors to upcoming exhibitions Coordinate with the design team for promotional creatives and stories

Analytics & Reporting:

Track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns

Submit regular reports with insights and suggestions for improvement

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing social media platforms, especially Instagram & Facebook Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and lead generation strategies Excellent communication and content creation skills Familiarity with the fashion and lifestyle industry is a plus Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Work Schedule:

Full-Time: Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Part-Time: Monday to Friday | 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Probation Period: 3 months
