Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute monthly content calendars for clients and in-house brands.

Develop and implement creative social media strategies to grow engagement and reach.

Coordinate with the video, design, and influencer teams for timely content execution.

Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy aligned with each brand's voice.

Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.

Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and new tools.

Manage paid ad campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team.

Oversee community management (comments, DMs, and audience engagement).

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience managing brand or agency social media accounts.

Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms.

Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, and Buffer.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative, organized, and able to multitask across projects.

Experience in influencer management or YouTube strategy is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
