About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic

Social Media Manager

to manage our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, an understanding of current digital trends, and the ability to engage audiences across all major social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, campaigns) for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), and YouTube. Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar. Manage day-to-day community interactions, comments, and messages. Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Track, analyze, and report social media performance and engagement metrics. Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and trending content formats. Manage paid social campaigns if applicable (Facebook Ads, Instagram Boosts, etc.). Support influencer partnerships and collaborations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related role. Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices. Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc. Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting tools. Creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

Experience with social media ads and influencer marketing. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing. Understanding of trends .
