Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute
social media calendars
across all major platforms.
Write and review
captions, hooks, ad copies, and scripts
in line with the brand tone.
Manage
post scheduling, community engagement, and DMs/comments.
Collaborate with the design and video teams for creative briefs and campaign ideas.
Work closely with the marketing team for
paid ad creatives
and content direction.
Track content performance and prepare
monthly analytics reports
with insights.
Identify
trends, reels, and viral formats
suitable for brand adaptation.
Assist in
shoot planning
, influencer coordination, and basic ad boosting.
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on experience managing
brand or agency social media accounts.
Strong understanding of
Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
ecosystems.
Good command over
content writing, reels ideation, and basic ad setup.
Basic knowledge of
Meta Ads Manager
and social media analytics tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and creative thinking skills.
