We're now looking for a passionate and hands-on Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team -- someone skilled in
Meta Ads management, creative design (Canva), video editing (Filmora), Reels creation, and content research
to bring fresh ideas and digital campaigns to life.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute monthly social media strategy and content calendar (Instagram, Facebook, reels, and other relevant platforms).
Create on-brand creatives using Canva and edit short-form video content with Filmore for Reels/TikTok/shorts.
Plan, run and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid campaigns -- targeting, creatives, A/B tests, budgets and reporting.
Community management: respond to comments/messages, moderate conversations and build relationships with followers.
Collaborate with photography/design/operations to produce campaign assets and UGC.
Research content trends, hashtags and competitor activity; recommend new content ideas and formats.
Analyse performance and deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights (engagement, reach, CTR, ROAS).
Manage influencer / creator outreach and execution (micro-influencer relationships preferred).
Maintain content asset library, templates and post-production workflows.
Skills and Qualification Required:
Minimum 2 years of social media marketing experience with demonstrable, independently handled accounts.
Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (campaign set-up, pixel & audiences, reporting).
Hands-on design experience with Canva; video editing experience with Filmora (or similar).
Proven experience producing Reels/short-form video and measurable campaign creatives.
Excellent copywriting for captions, CTAs and micro-copy.
Comfortable with analytics (Facebook Insights, Creator Studio, basic Google Analytics) and creating concise reports.
Good organizational skills -- able to manage content calendars and multiple campaigns.
Based in or willing to relocate to Hadapsar.
