Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager and is located in Andheri West, Mumbai.

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing comprehensive

social media strategies

across platforms like

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter)

.

Collaborating closely with in-house Graphic Designers and Video Editors

to manage the content creation pipeline, ensuring all assets align with the brand's voice and strategic goals. Managing content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement across all platforms. Analysing social media data and metrics to optimize content performance, engagement rates, and growth. Driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, client growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a

Social Media Manager

or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter)

) and their respective best practices.

Demonstrated experience in managing and directing content creators

(e.g., Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Copywriters) to produce high-quality, on-brand content. Strong understanding of social media

analytics and reporting tools

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong editorial judgment. Ability to develop engaging social media content calendars and campaigns. Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing principles. Excellent teamwork, project management, and time-management skills. Ability to work

on-site in Andheri West, Mumbai

. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
