Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about brand building, content marketing, and campaign execution. You will work closely with the marketing leadership team to develop strategies that grow brand awareness, engage our audience, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies across digital and offline channels. Manage day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with creative, design, and product teams to produce engaging content and marketing materials. Support the planning and execution of events, partnerships, and influencer collaborations. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights for optimization. Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints. Assist in social media management, community engagement, and digital ad campaigns.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Basic Knowledge about brand marketing, digital marketing, or related roles. Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and branding fundamentals. Creative mindset with strong storytelling and copywriting skills. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, or similar platforms. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
