Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Pune (Hybrid - 2 Days Office, 3 Days WFH)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 - ?30,000 per month

Probation: "There is a 2 week probation period with a salary of 5,000. After the probation period, the salary will increase to between 25,000 and 30,000."

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced

Social Media Manager

to lead and execute our brand's digital presence across multiple platforms. This is a senior-level role suited for someone who can work independently, requires no training, and is confident managing end-to-end social media strategy, content, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Manage daily content planning, creation, and scheduling across all platforms. Analyze performance metrics, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and optimize strategy accordingly. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and manage online reputation. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices. Lead campaign planning and execution for product launches, events, or promotions.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management. Strong portfolio of previous work (brand accounts or personal projects). Excellent knowledge of analytical tools and platforms. Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and performance-based content. Exceptional copywriting, communication, and time management skills. Ability to think creatively, work independently, and meet tight deadlines.
