- Strategy Development & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Content Creation & Curation: Oversee the creation and curation of engaging, high-quality content (text, image, video) tailored for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok).
- Community Management: Build and nurture active online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with followers.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns to achieve specific goals, such as brand awareness, lead generation, or website traffic.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, identifying new opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and integrate social media efforts into broader campaigns.
- Brand Voice & Guidelines: Ensure all social media communication adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice.
