Handle major responsibilities for the studio: Instagram and Linkedin

Responsibilities for Instagram

Content Creation & Posting:

Develop visually compelling content that showcases the firm's architectural projects, design concepts, and industry insights. Collaborate with the design team to create high-quality images, videos, and graphics that align with the firm's brand aesthetics. Use Instagram Stories and Reels to provide behind-the-scenes looks, project updates, and educational content. Post stories, reels, carasouls based on a predecided schedule Post live stories during events
Social Media Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive Instagram strategy that aligns with the firm's goals, such as increasing brand awareness, engaging with potential clients, and showcasing expertise. Stay updated with Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and new features to ensure the firm's content remains relevant and effective. Audience Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions to build a community around the brand. Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to understand audience preferences and adjust content strategies accordingly. Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to the firm's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent visual and messaging style across the Instagram profile. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure Instagram content is aligned with overall branding and marketing campaigns.
Collaboration and Networking:

Work with influencers, industry professionals, and other brands to create partnerships that enhance the firm's visibility. Identify opportunities for cross-promotion and collaborative projects to reach a wider audience.
Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, and website traffic from Instagram. Prepare regular reports for the management team to demonstrate the impact of Instagram activities and suggest areas for improvement.
Advertising:

Plan and execute Instagram ad campaigns to promote specific projects, services, or events. Optimize ad spend by targeting the right audience and monitoring campaign performance.
Role and Responsibilities for LinkedIN

Profile Optimization:

Ensure that the LinkedIn profiles of key individuals and the company are fully optimized, showcasing their experience, skills, and contributions to the firm. Highlight their thought leadership by regularly updating their profiles with new projects, publications, speaking engagements, and awards.
Content Development:

Create and share content that reflects the personal brand of these individuals, such as articles, posts, and updates that demonstrate their expertise and industry influence. Collaborate with them to write thought leadership pieces, which can be published on LinkedIn Pulse or shared as posts.
Network Expansion:

Actively grow the professional network of key individuals by connecting with relevant industry professionals, potential clients, and influencers. Engage with their network by liking, commenting, and sharing posts that align with their personal brand and the firm's objectives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
