What You'll Do at TYS:

Communicate with clients regularly and suggest ideas to grow their brand online. Weekly/Monthly Reporting of Tasks and Timelines to management & Client. Handling Outdoor shoots for clients and managing the on ground team. ?Tracking the growth of respective clients and accelerating it further with organic and paid Media. Manage a small team of Social Media Executives Work closely with the Graphic Design and Video Editing teams for content creation ?Create monthly content calendars for all clients Plan and assign daily tasks during morning team meetings ?Prepare monthly reports for each client showing social media growth and future projections. ?Create simple and clear presentation decks for client updates and meetings Ready to plan and execute shoots for clients and ready to travel with-in City. ?Use Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for planning, reporting, and documentation ?Working knowledge of Canva and video editing tools on mobile to produce short video

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or a related field Strong communication and teamwork skills Someone who is organized, responsible, and ready to learn Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms Comfortable using Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Leadership potential and interest in managing a team

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
