Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Manager at Social Faalcon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing day-to-day social media activities. This role requires creating engaging content, implementing effective digital marketing strategies, managing client communications, and driving impactful campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate should possess a keen eye for trends and a passion for enhancing brand presence in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create, curate, and publish engaging content across various platforms. Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and build community engagement. Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns to increase brand visibility. Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies Strong Communication skills Ability to analyze data and derive insights for campaign optimization Proficiency in managing multiple social media platforms Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Experience with social media analytics tools Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
