About the Role


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Social Media Executive

who is passionate about digital marketing and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing impactful social media strategies, managing content across platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to maintain a strong brand presence across social media and web platforms.

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to meet brand and marketing goals.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Manage content creation, scheduling, and publishing across various social media channels and the company website.

Write engaging copy for posts, stories, website content, and other digital formats.

Build and manage a comprehensive content calendar (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the social media landscape.

Work closely with the design and video teams to ensure content aligns with visual storytelling.

Track campaign performance and provide detailed analytics and performance reports.

Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.

Coordinate influencer partnerships and support the execution of live events, webinars, and digital campaigns.

Ensure timely execution and delivery of all social media activities and campaigns.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency environment. Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other social media management tools. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently. Experience collaborating with design and content teams. Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of performance metrics. Familiarity with social media trends, brand tone, and audience engagement techniques.
Immediate availability is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,471.35 - ?37,729.20 per month

Work Location: In person
