Job Description

Shoot, edit, and produce engaging video and photo content for our social media platforms. Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. Create and maintain a consistent content calendar in alignment with brand goals. Write captions, engage with followers, and manage community interactions professionally. Collaborate with the social media influencers to execute marketing campaigns. Track performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) and make improvements.
Requirements:

Proven skills in video editing and content creation (portfolio required). Knowledge of social media trends, reels, and short-form content. Fluency in Marathi and English (both written and spoken). Must work from our office in Kothrud, Pune (this is not a remote job). Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills. Basic photography, graphic design, or motion graphics knowledge will be a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
