Job Description

We're looking for a passionate and creative Social MediaManager to join our team in Chembur. This is a full-time on-site role--perfect for someone who's eager to build a strong foundation in content, brand building, and digital marketing.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Produce daily content (static posts, reels, stories, etc.) and coordinate with the design team. Track trends, meme culture, and topical moments to create reactive content Manage posting schedules and ensure timely publishing of all content Engage with the audience by responding to comments and DMs Monitor performance using platform insights and basic reporting tools Support on shoots, content days, and influencer collaborations Must be proficient with Canva

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms Good sense of visual design and aesthetics (you don't need to be a designer, but you should know what looks good) Good copywriting skills--can write a good caption or punchy one-liner Interest in brands, content, and internet culture Bonus: Experience with CapCut, or social media scheduling tools
