We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to handle the personal social media accounts of our Director, including LinkedIn and Instagram, managing them end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content strategy, branding, social media trends, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a tailored social media strategy aligned with the Director's professional and personal brand.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and optimization of content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Create engaging and brand-consistent content (visuals, reels, stories, captions, etc.) in coordination with design and video editing teams (if needed).
Monitor analytics and provide regular reports on performance, insights, and suggestions for improvement.
Handle audience engagement: replying to comments, messages, and managing the online community.
Keep up with industry trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
Coordinate with internal teams for updates, event announcements, thought leadership content, and behind-the-scenes glimpses.
Requirement :
Proven experience in managing professional social media accounts, preferably for leadership or executive profiles.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram best practices.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, InShot, CapCut) are a plus.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
