Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and strategic

Social Media Manager

to oversee and grow our brand's presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, has a strong understanding of digital trends, and is capable of turning brand voice into engaging content that drives awareness, traffic, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals Create, curate, and publish engaging content daily (text, images, videos, and stories) Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and audience insights Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to ensure brand consistency Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns and sponsored posts Respond to comments and DMs promptly and professionally Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications Identify and build relationships with influencers and key stakeholders Handle social media crisis situations with professionalism and strategy

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 5-6 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and audience targeting Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines Strong understanding of brand voice and digital storytelling
