We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Handler & Content Creator to manage our online presence and drive engagement across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for content creation, campaign planning, and community management to promote our real estate projects and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (images, reels, videos, captions, stories) across all social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Collaborate with the sales and site teams to create content showcasing project progress, site visits, customer testimonials, and more.
Design and implement monthly social media calendars in alignment with marketing strategies.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and suggest improvements based on analytics.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and content formats relevant to the real estate sector.
Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers when needed.
Run paid ads (basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager preferred) and optimize campaigns for lead generation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in social media management or content creation (real estate experience preferred).
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools for visual content creation.
Strong photography and video editing skills (mobile or DSLR-based).
Excellent command of English and Hindi (Marathi preferred for local real estate projects).
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SEO basics for content optimization.
Experience in creating WhatsApp campaigns and email marketing.
Familiarity with lead generation via social media.
