About the Company:
Call My Doctor Health Care LLC is a leading home healthcare provider based in Dubai, offering a comprehensive range of services such as doctor home visits, physiotherapy, lab tests, IV therapy, and nursing care. As we expand our digital brand, we are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to lead our presence across all major social platforms from our Mumbai office.
Job Summary:
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing our presence across a wide range of social media platforms. The candidate will focus on brand awareness, lead generation, content engagement, and campaign performance. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare communication, creative content strategy, and platform-specific trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an integrated social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
Manage and grow social media presence on:
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, WhatsApp Business
TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter/X, Google Business Profile
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging and relevant content in collaboration with the content writer and graphic/video team (posts, reels, stories, shorts, carousels).
Develop content calendars and run targeted paid and organic campaigns to attract and convert followers into leads.
Engage daily with followers, respond to DMs and comments, and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
Coordinate influencer marketing efforts and partnerships in the UAE region.
Track key performance metrics and prepare detailed weekly/monthly analytics reports to measure campaign success and suggest improvements.
Stay updated with the latest social trends, hashtags, algorithms, content formats, and platform features.
Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and healthcare compliance guidelines across all media.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in managing multi-platform social media for a brand (experience in healthcare, wellness, or service industry is a plus).
Strong copywriting and content ideation skills tailored to each platform's audience.
Deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, TikTok Business Tools, LinkedIn Analytics, Pinterest Business Hub, Snapchat Ads, and YouTube Studio.
Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, ChatGPT, and basic video editing apps.
Experience running ad campaigns on Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest (with UAE/GCC audience focus preferred).
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Arabic audience preferences, cultural sensitivities, and healthcare-related ad compliance in the UAE.
Experience in performance-driven social campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid content boosting.
Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and how social media integrates with the full digital funnel.
Duty Timings:
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Sunday Off
Salary Range:
30,000 - 50,000 per month (based on experience and performance portfolio)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
