Roles and Responsibilities
1. Brand Management & Strategy
? Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
? Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
? Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to plan seasonal marketing initiatives.
2. Digital Marketing & Content
? Support planning and execution of digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
? Collaborate with content creators and agencies to deliver premium-quality brand content (visuals, videos, editorials)
Track engagement metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
. 3. Events & PR
? Assist in planning and executing luxury events, in-store experiences, and influencer engagements.
? Liaise with PR agencies to ensure brand presence in premium publications and platforms. ? Support execution of product launches, trunk shows, and curated client experiences.
4. Retail & Visual Merchandising Support
? Coordinate with visual merchandising team for thematic retail displays and seasonal campaigns.
? Create marketing toolkits and POSM for boutiques and shop-in-shops. ? Monitor brand visibility and retail storytelling across stores.
5. Market Research & Trend Analysis
? Monitor competitor activities and luxury fashion/jewellery trends.
? Support insights gathering to understand HNI/UHNI consumer behaviour and preferences.
