Overview:

Brinda Sneha is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of current trends in both Western and Indian fashion.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:

Devise and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's objectives and target audience. Plan engaging content calendars for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and others.

Content Creation and Curation:

Create visually stunning and compelling content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts highlighting Brinda Sneha's gown and Indian wear collections. Curate user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach.

Community Engagement and Management:

Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong community around the brand. Monitor trends, conversations, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Campaign Development and Execution:

Conceptualize and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign ideation and execution.

Analytics and Reporting:

Use analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3 years) as a Social Media Manager in the fashion industry. Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Excellent visual storytelling and content creation skills. Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to interpret data for strategy refinement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fashion, especially in gowns and Indian wear.
