Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy aligned with brand goals
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.)
Oversee daily management of platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align content with campaigns and collections
Engage actively with the audience -- respond to comments, DMs, and trends
Monitor insights, track performance, and optimize content based on analytics
Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and influencers for brand shoots
Stay up to date with digital trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
Proven experience in social media management (fashion/lifestyle brand preferred)
Strong visual sense and understanding of aesthetics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Ability to shoot basic content using a phone when needed
Knowledge of influencer collaboration and community building
Organized, deadline-oriented, and creative thinker
Bonus Skills:
Basic video editing (Reels/Shorts)
Knowledge of paid promotions and ad management
Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands
