We're looking for a

creative and strategic Social Media Manager

with

1-2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute platform-specific social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Create and manage daily content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, memes, and videos Write compelling captions, hashtags, and CTAs to drive engagement Monitor account insights, analyze performance, and generate monthly reports Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and interactive content Keep up with social media trends, memes, and algorithm changes Collaborate with content creators, designers, and marketing team Coordinate with influencers and manage collaborations (if applicable) Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (optional, based on experience)

Requirements:

1-2 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or agency Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and analytics tools Creative thinking with a good eye for design and storytelling Ability to work with designers and video editors to bring ideas to life Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Bonus If You Have:

Experience with social media advertising (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) Experience working with influencers or managing influencer campaigns Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or community building
