We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital trends, content creation and community engagement. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to implement effective social media strategies that drive brand awareness and audience interaction.
Responsibilities:
i. Develop, schedule and publish engaging content across social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
ii. Monitor social media trends, tools and applications to stay ahead and implement innovative ideas.
iii. Research and ideate content writing to client niche.
iv. Monthly performance reviews with client
v. Plan and schedule content using tools like Zoho Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite
vi. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and contests. Coordinate with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach.
vii. Maintain consistency of brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
viii. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and best practices to optimize organic reach.
Qualifications:
i. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field preferred.
ii. 2+years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
iii. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, tools and analytics.
iv. Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
v. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
vi. Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
