Responsibilities:
Own the social media calendar and daily posting (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging, brand-aligned content (posts, reels, stories)
Plan and run Meta Ads (awareness, traffic, conversion)
Build and engage with the community via comments and DMs
Track performance metrics and share actionable insights
Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform updates
Support seasonal campaigns, launches, and collaborations
Work closely with the founder and brand strategist
Assist during shoots (not compulsory, but a plus)
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on social media management experience
Strong knowledge of Instagram and Meta Ads (must-have)
Basic design and editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
Clear writing skills and strong visual sense
Basic understanding of performance marketing
Interest in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle branding
Comfortable working independently in a small team
Experience with shoots is a plus, not mandatory
