About the Role

We are looking for a creative and strategic

Social Media Manager

to lead our brand's presence across platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing platforms, and driving measurable growth, engagement and coordinating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

? Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.

? Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (static posts, reels, stories, carousels, etc.) across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.

? Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, traffic, conversions).

? Stay updated with current trends, tools, applications, and platform updates.

? Collaborate with design, copywriting, performance, and video teams to maintain consistent branding.

? Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and foster community.

? Run and optimize paid campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team.

? Manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content (UGC) strategy.

? Track competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.

? Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite/Buffer, Canva/Photoshop, and analytics tools.

? Strong knowledge of content trends, hashtags, and platform algorithms.

? Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.

? Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actions.

? Bonus: Experience with influencer marketing, community building, or paid ads

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?45,000.00 per month
