Develop and execute result-oriented social media strategies for real estate projects (residential, commercial, plots, villas).
Campaign Management:
Run high-conversion campaigns for property launches, site visits, lead generation, and realty webinars.
Content Creation Oversight:
Supervise the design and publishing of engaging content (reels, carousels, walkthroughs, testimonials, drone shots).
Performance Analytics:
Monitor campaign KPIs using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with marketing, design, sales, and broker networks to align digital goals with sales targets.
Paid Ads & Budgeting:
Handle media buying for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads with monthly budgeting and CPL optimization.
