Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to take charge of our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will craft engaging content, manage campaigns, and build a loyal online community that resonates with our brand's voice in the dynamic Food & Beverage space. You'll collaborate with our design, marketing, and events teams to amplify our reach and create meaningful interactions with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
Plan, create, and schedule high-quality, on-brand content (images, videos, stories, reels) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Social Media Calendar
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with promotions, events, and product launches.
Community Engagement
Interact with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions; build relationships with our audience to grow engagement and loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using tools like Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics; generate reports and optimize strategies based on data.
Paid Campaigns & Ads
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms to meet reach, engagement, and conversion goals.
Trend Monitoring & Competitor Analysis
Stay up to date with platform updates, digital trends, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and engaging.
Influencer & Brand Collaborations
Identify and coordinate with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to enhance visibility and reach.
Reputation Management
Monitor online reviews and brand mentions; respond appropriately to maintain a positive brand image.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with sales, events, and kitchen teams to align online promotions with in-house experiences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Instagram Reels, Canva, and content planning tools like Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer.
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Knowledge of paid ads, targeting strategies, and A/B testing.
Understanding of branding, aesthetics, and platform-specific best practices.
Excellent time management, creativity, and multitasking abilities.
Photography/videography and basic editing skills are a plus
